Zumba Fitness: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and International beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
Zumba Fitness with focus on core: Half of the class targets the core and the second half of the class will focus on ABS & body stretch.
Belly Dance Fit: An effective recreational activity. One does not have to be proficient in the dance to derive enjoyment from the physical release and workout it provides. It can be practiced by individuals at all levels of physical ability. The individual that is a beginner to physical activity will find that they can work at their own pace, and so not strain themselves beyond their abilities, as happens in some other forms of physical exertion. Mixxed Fit: MixxedFit™ is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and boot-camp inspired toning. Everything about this dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of the movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and the very best. You will dance to favorite songs on the radio that you would dance to at a nightclub. Then, things are spiced up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging. If you need a new challenge or more push, with more toning moves, this may be the class for you! The choreography was built to not be complex or difficult but rather repetitive and easy to follow to help you focus on the areas you are working out and increase your level of intensity as you become acquainted. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and shake that booty, you will have a blast in this class!
Zumba Tone: When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.

Friday Night Salsa & More: Begin at 8:30p with mini intro lessons in Salsa & Merengue. At 9:30p the lights turn down, the club lights turn up, and you can shake that Salsa booty! Try out your new moves and get spun around to ones you’ve never tried before! Feel free to bring your Zumba moves as well! All ages. No partner necessary, just more the merrier! Ladies: believe it or not, there are often more leads than follows!

Shoes: No street shoes to prevent tracking in rocks and debris that can damage the floor and be potential hazards to attendees and yourself. Please carry in & use Dance, Gym, regular workout shoes with clean bottoms or your regular sneakers with cleaned bottoms (just as you are requested to do on gym courts). We suggest Dance Sneakers for ease of movement and safety. The Ballroom can have helpful advice on where to find these.
